Why Comrade Trading

We want to raise traders better than ourselves.

A complete programme, a selected community, and no shortcuts.

We don’t sell signals. We raise professional traders. Comrade Trading brings every side of trading into one programme: technique, fundamentals, your own psychology, the psychology of the market and the business of prop trading. It is built on 15 years of trading, and every member of the paid tiers is personally selected by the founder.

Comrade Trading – raising traders
The Eight Theses

Eight things we do differently

Most trading education teaches one piece of the puzzle: a strategy, an indicator, a mindset trick. Professional trading needs all of them at once, plus the rules of the firm whose capital you trade. This is what we built instead.

01

A complete programme

One place for technique, fundamentals, your own psychology, market psychology, prop trading and making your income legal. The Re-education Library has 8 programmes, from your first chart to the prop firm game, so you don't have to stitch together ten courses that contradict each other.

02

Psychology comes first

Almost nobody teaches how to deal with your own emotions, or why there is a huge gap between a demo account and real money. We do, in depth: a whole programme of 12 psychology courses. Trading changes the trader on the inside too, and we treat that as core material, not a bonus.

Your own psychology →

03

Market psychology and the global economy

Price is moved by crowds and by money. We teach you to read the crowd and change how you see the global economy: central banks and rates, inflation data, the relationships between markets, and sentiment. After that, the news never looks the same.

Market psychology →

04

15 years of experience

The traps nobody talks about, learned the expensive way. For example, why at a certain prop firm you should not trade EURCHF at certain hours: spreads, rollover and thin liquidity can break a rule that looked safe on paper.

Choosing a prop firm →

05

Prop trading as a profession

How to become a successful prop trader: which firms have which strengths and weaknesses, how availability and payouts differ by country, what to watch for, and how to turn payouts into legal, taxable income. A profession, not a side bet.

Making it legal →

06

No signals

We don't send entries to copy. In the highest tier, Alan shares his own trades and walks through them with members: how he thinks, how he manages a position, why he never opens trades from his phone, and what he does after a win and after a loss.

Founder's Trades →

07

A selected, limited community

Alan personally decides who joins Party Member and The Commissariat, to build a mix of trading personalities. One member takes 5 trades a month, another takes several 5-minute trades a day, and at the end of the month both can earn the same with the same win rate. Seeing both is how you find your own style.

How we select members →

08

A long road to real freedom

We raise professionals who, through firms' scaling plans, can work their way to trading millions in EUR or USD within a few years. It will not be fast and it cannot be done with signals. The goal is traders better than the founder, and in time, our own instructors.

Scaling to millions →
The Five-Year Plan · For every level

Wherever you are, there is a study path

Beginners and experienced traders learn side by side, but not from the same lesson. Each member follows a learning path in the portal that matches where they are today. What we do not cater for: people looking for signals to copy, fast money or guaranteed results.

Level 1

New to trading

Start with Foundations: trading basics, platforms and order types, risk and position sizing, market structure and your first trading routine. Learn on demo, then move to small real risk before you go anywhere near an evaluation.

Trading vs. gambling →

Level 2

Trading, not yet funded

You can read a chart, but evaluations keep ending on a rule or a bad day. Focus on the prop-firm rules, risk per trade, a written plan, a journal and the psychology of evaluation pressure.

Evaluations and rules →

Level 3

Funded and scaling

The work changes: staying funded, payout cycles, multiple accounts and firms, scaling plans, and turning payouts into legal income. This is where discipline compounds, and where you can start helping others.

Scaling and payouts →
Parody, not politics

Why the red posters?

Because it is funny, and because the joke fits. Prop trading flips the old slogan: instead of owning capital, the worker trades the firm’s capital and keeps most of the profit. Hence Workers of the world, get funded.

The rest follows from there. Amounts in our journal are shown in Party Rubles (₽), which track the US dollar roughly 1:1. Members earn Labour Points for verified learning. The top tier is The Commissariat, the newsletter is The Bulletin, the rulebook chapters are The Red Tape. It is poster art and wordplay, nothing more.

The brand carries no political message and takes no political side. We use no real state emblems, and nothing on this site supports any regime, party or ideology. The content underneath is professional: real risk management, real rules, real trades, losses included. If the joke is not for you, the education still is.

The brand is a parody. The content is professional.

Meet Alan

15 years. One account blown in an hour. Every trade on the record since.

The founder of Comrade Trading.

Alan Behul, MBA. Trader for 15 years, co-founder of a global precious-metals mint, and the person who reads every application to Party Member and The Commissariat.

From an empty account to funded accounts

  1. 01

    2012

The first trade, and the first lesson

Alan opened his first real trading account in 2012. The same week he discovered leverage, and emptied the account in an hour. It is the most common story in retail trading, and it is where his real education began.

    The years after

    Learning the difference

It took years, and a lot of money, to learn the difference between gambling and trading: risk per trade, a written plan, a journal, and the discipline to follow all three when emotions say otherwise. Most of what Comrade Trading teaches was learned in this stretch, often the expensive way.

  3. 03

    Outside the charts

Building a business from a garage

Alan co-founded Pressburg Mint and is its Creative Director. It grew from a garage business into a global precious-metals mint, ranked twice among the Forbes Top 70 family-owned businesses. He is an internationally awarded coin designer, writes columns for Slovak economic magazines, and co-founded Kilonova Business Agency. The mint also taught him the physical side of precious-metals trading.

    Prop trading

    Trading the firm's capital

Today Alan trades multiple funded prop-firm accounts under strict rules, including his own accounts at BrightFunded. Every trade on those accounts is logged in a public journal, the losing ones too.

    Today

    Comrade Trading

He founded Comrade Trading to teach the whole profession in one place, with psychology first and no signals. The stated goal is to raise traders better than himself, and eventually instructors from inside the community.

Trading is the hardest thing I have ever done in my life, and a journey that transformed me completely. Like a DMT trip.

Standard Operating Procedure

How Alan trades

Alan trades funded accounts, so every position lives inside a prop firm’s limits: a daily loss limit, a maximum drawdown and the firm’s other rules. Break one and the account closes. Inside those limits he trades under strict rules of his own, and the journal scores every trade on whether it respected his risk limit, followed the plan and met his standard for setup quality.

Every trade is logged with the instrument, entry and exit, risk, setup, the reasoning written before entry and the review written after exit. The markets he trades, his sessions and his style are all visible in the journal itself, so you can judge them from the record rather than from a description.

A few habits he teaches directly: he never opens trades from his phone, what he does after a win and after a loss is part of the method, and he knows the quirks of the firms he trades, down to which instruments to avoid at which hours.

Why publish everything? Because a journal that only shows winners is marketing. If you are going to learn from someone, you should be able to see how they lose.

We don't quote performance figures here. The public demo of Alan's trade journal shows the summary statistics instead, calculated from the logged trades on a frozen data set, with amounts in Party Rubles (₽). Past results do not guarantee future results.

Teach with us

Today a member. Tomorrow an instructor.

We grow our instructors from inside the Collective.

Our goal is not followers. It is traders better than the founder, and some of them teaching the next cohort. Instead of hiring outside teachers, we plan to train instructors from among our own members: people who learned the method here, trade it, and can explain it.

The Promotion Ladder

Member, peer mentor, instructor

There is no shortcut and no fixed timetable. Each step is earned in the community, in front of other members.
  1. 01

    Stage 1

    Member

You learn the programme, keep a journal, attend live sessions and take part in the Collective. This is where your trading, and the way you treat other traders, become visible.

Comrade, Party Member or The Commissariat
  2. 02

    Stage 2

    Peer mentor

You help other members in the Discord: answering questions about rules, reviewing charts and journals, supporting people through losing streaks and evaluation pressure. You still learn, but now you also explain.

    In the Collective
  3. 03

    Stage 3

    Instructor

You teach: lessons, reviews or sessions within the programme, to the same standard as the founder. No signals, no hype, losses shown honestly.

    Within the programme
The Criteria

What it takes

Three things, weighed together. Strong results alone are not enough, and neither is being friendly.

01

Results

A track record you can show: a journal kept over time, losses included, and a sound process behind it. Consistency and respect for risk limits matter more than one great month.

02

Approach to the community

How you behave in the Collective: patient with beginners, honest about mistakes, no hype, no signals, and respect for traders whose style differs from yours.

03

Ability to explain

Knowing something and teaching it are different skills. An instructor can take a trade, a rule or a mistake and make it clear to someone who has never seen it before.

The Honour Board

Instructor profiles

There are no instructors besides the founder yet. The programme starts with the first cohorts of Party Member and The Commissariat, and profiles of our instructors will appear here as they are appointed.

Profiles coming later.

Directive № 0 · In one paragraph

What we are, and what we are not

We are a complete, capped programme for prop traders: technique, fundamentals, your own psychology, the psychology of the market and the business side of prop trading, including how to turn payouts into legal, taxable income. It is built on 15 years of trading by a founder who publishes every trade he takes, losses included.

We are not a signal group, not copy trading, not a course for an unlimited number of people, and not a promise of fast money. Trading is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It is a get-rich-slowly skill.
