1-on-1 mentoring is individual work with Alan, the founder of Comrade Trading, open to members and non-members. There is no group and no script. We start from your journal, your rules and the way you actually trade, and finish with a written plan you can follow on your own.
It suits traders with a specific problem: a third failed evaluation, a rule you keep breaching, a strategy you want stress-tested, or the step from your first funded account to your first payout.
The content of a session is always yours. What changes is how often we meet.

A short questionnaire before the session: your experience, trading style, prop firm history, current rules and what you want from the hour. If you keep a journal, you share it, so the session starts with your data rather than with introductions.
During
Sixty minutes online. We assess your style, habits and risk profile and work on the problem you came with, using your own trades rather than theory.

You receive a written summary with concrete tasks. If you are preparing for an evaluation, that includes a written evaluation plan. Any follow-up session starts from those tasks and your journal.

Filter by setup, session and weekday, open individual trades with their screenshots and reasoning, and look at the discipline score and payout tracker the way a subscriber does. The only thing you cannot do is add trades. That part is for your own account.

A payout is not wealth. It becomes wealth when it is accounted for, partly saved and put to work, and when you can see, month after month, whether your net worth is actually growing. The Personal Finance Dashboard is a tool for traders who want their trading income to build something, not just to fund the next month.
Trading income is irregular by nature. It arrives on payout cycles, varies from month to month and can stop while you rebuild an account. That makes clear personal finances more important for a trader, not less.
The dashboard covers four areas. The final scope is still being defined, and we would rather ship fewer features that work than a long list that does not.
Income
