These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website comradetrading.com and contracts concluded through it for memberships, subscriptions, digital content, mentoring and merchandise (together the “Services”). The provider is:

(“we”, “us”). These Terms apply to consumers and to business customers. Where a provision applies only to consumers, it says so. A consumer is a natural person acting outside their trade, business or profession.
Not financial advice. Everything published by Comrade Trading – on this website, in the member zone, in courses, live sessions, the Discord community, the trade journal, newsletters and 1-on-1 mentoring – is general education. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
We are not an investment firm, broker or prop firm and are not supervised by the National Bank of Slovakia or any other financial regulator. Trading involves a high risk of loss. By using the Services you confirm you have read the Risk Disclosure. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their results.
The current content, prices and caps of each tier are described on the Membership page at the time of your order. The education library is being released in stages; we tell you on the product page which parts are available and which are in production.
Admission to Party Member and The Commissariat is by application. We decide on applications at our discretion to build a balanced group; there is no entitlement to admission. Approved applicants receive a personal payment link valid for 7 days; the contract is concluded only by completing that payment.
Tools such as the Prop Trading Dashboard are provided as online services (“as a service”) with continuous updates. We may change features to improve them, provided the main characteristics described at the time of purchase are kept, in line with Directive (EU) 2019/770.
Mentoring sessions are held online at an agreed time. Mentoring is personal education on trading process and psychology; it does not include managing your account, trading on your behalf or personal investment recommendations.
Physical products are described on their product pages. Items made to your specification (e.g. a tailor-made hat) are produced only after order confirmation. The custom, tailor-made Comrade Trading Commissar hat for accepted yearly Commissariat members is a free gift; it is not a part of the price and has no cash value.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection. The details, including the rules for early access to digital content and services, made-to-measure goods and the model withdrawal form, are set out in Refunds & Cancellation, which forms part of these Terms.
We are responsible for the conformity of digital content, services and goods with the contract in accordance with the Slovak Civil Code and Directives (EU) 2019/770 and 2019/771. For goods the legal guarantee period is 24 months. Report defects to recruitment@comradetrading.com with a description; we confirm receipt and handle the complaint without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days, unless the law allows otherwise. Consumers are entitled to repair or replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract under the conditions set by law.
Prop firms, brokers, trading platforms, Discord and other third-party services are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for them, their availability, rules or payouts. Affiliate relationships are explained in the Affiliate Disclosure.
We may terminate a contract with notice if you materially breach these Terms (e.g. sharing your account or redistributing content). If we stop providing a Service altogether, we give at least 30 days’ notice and refund any prepaid amounts for the period not provided.
Please contact us first at recruitment@comradetrading.com. If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint or believe we have violated your rights, you may ask us for redress; if we reject your request or do not respond within 30 days, you can submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia) or another authorised ADR entity under Slovak Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on Alternative Dispute Resolution of Consumer Disputes. You may also go to court.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. For business customers, Slovak courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may change these Terms for valid reasons (e.g. legal changes, new services). We notify members at least 30 days before material changes take effect; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then. The version accepted at the time of the order applies to that order.
