It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

We do not know your financial situation, objectives, experience or risk tolerance, and nothing we publish takes them into account. Before you make any financial decision, consider whether it is appropriate for you and, if needed, consult an independent, licensed financial adviser.

2. Trading involves a high risk of loss

Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference (CFDs), futures, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. You can lose money quickly, and with some products you can lose more than your initial deposit.

Brokers regulated in the European Union are required to publish the percentage of their retail client accounts that lose money when trading CFDs. These figures are typically well above half of all accounts. Read the risk warning of any broker or firm before you trade.

3. Proprietary trading firm evaluations

• Prop firm evaluations (“challenges”) are paid products sold by third parties. Most participants do not pass them. The evaluation fee is usually not refundable if you fail.
• Accounts provided by prop firms are often simulated or demo accounts. Payouts, profit splits, scaling plans and rules are set by each firm, can change at any time and are entirely the firm’s responsibility.
• Prop firms are third parties. We do not control them, guarantee their solvency, conduct or payouts, and we are not responsible for their decisions. Read each firm’s terms in full before you buy.
• Availability of prop firms, platforms and payment methods differs by country and may be restricted where you live.

4. Results are not guaranteed

• Past performance, including the founder’s published trades and statistics, does not guarantee or predict future results.
• Examples, calculators, scaling plans and charts on this website are hypothetical and for illustration only. They are not projections or promises of income.
• Your results depend on your own decisions, discipline, capital, market conditions and the rules of the firm you trade with. Many people who study trading never become consistently profitable.
• We never promise income, “passive income”, financial freedom or any specific outcome.

5. The public trade journal and Founder’s Trades

The founder publishes his own trades for transparency and education. They are not signals, trade recommendations or an invitation to copy them. Published trades may be delayed (7 days for some membership tiers), amounts may be shown in a fictional unit (“Party Rubles”, ₽) and the journal may contain errors. If you place a trade because of something you saw in the journal, a live session or the community, the decision and its consequences are yours alone.

6. Community content

Members of the Discord community and participants of live sessions may share opinions, charts and trade ideas. These are the views of individuals, not of Comrade Trading, and are not advice. Sharing trade signals for others to copy is against our community rules.

7. Taxes

Information about taxation of trading income or prop firm payouts is general and may not apply to your situation. Tax rules differ by country and change over time. Consult a qualified tax adviser or accountant.

8. Only trade with money you can afford to lose

Never trade with borrowed money or money you need for living costs. If trading is causing you financial or emotional distress, stop and seek help.
