This page summarises your rights. The full rules are in our Terms & Conditions. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, in particular Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection.
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded (digital content and services) or from the day you receive the goods (merchandise).
To withdraw, send us a clear statement, e.g. by e-mail to recruitment@comradetrading.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send the statement before the period expires.
Our memberships give you immediate access to digital content (courses, recordings, journal) and services (community, live sessions). At checkout we will ask you to:
We confirm this consent in your order confirmation. If you give this consent and then withdraw within 14 days, we refund the price minus the proportional amount for the period in which the service was provided; the right of withdrawal for already supplied digital content ends as described. If you do not give this consent, access starts only after the 14-day period.
If you book a mentoring session to take place within the withdrawal period and expressly request this, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. You can reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts; sessions cancelled later or missed may be charged in full.
You can return physical products within 14 days of receipt. Send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing; you bear the direct cost of the return unless stated otherwise. Items made to your specification (for example a custom, tailor-made Comrade Trading Commissar hat made to your head size) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
We refund all payments due, including the cost of standard delivery for goods, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. For goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you prove that you have sent them.
You have statutory rights if digital content, a service or a product is defective or not as described, including the 24-month legal guarantee for consumer goods. Report a defect to recruitment@comradetrading.com; the details are in our Terms & Conditions. These rights are not affected by the withdrawal rules above.
