The Programme · How it works

Everything a prop trader needs.
In one place.

The Re-education Library, The Collective, two live sessions a week and the founder’s own trades. Here is how it fits together.

Not financial advice · Education only · Trading involves a high risk of loss · Risk disclosure

Directive № 1 · The inventory

Six services. One standard.

Each service covers one part of the job. Courses give you the knowledge, the community gives you other traders to test it against, live sessions show it under real market conditions, and the tools make your own results measurable. None of it is a signal service.

A week in the life of a member.

The services are built around one weekly rhythm: learn it, see it applied, trade your plan, log it, review it, discuss it. This is the structure of a Party Member's week. A Comrade's week has the same skeleton without the live sessions and the dashboard.

  • Saturday · The Bulletin lands in your inbox.
  • Sunday, 20:00 CET · Weekly Trading Lesson + Q&A: one topic taught properly and the bias for the week ahead.
  • Monday · Courses at your own pace. One lesson, one quiz, 10 Labour Points for a score of 80 % or more.
  • Tuesday, New York open · Live Trading Session + Q&A: the plan applied in real time, including the decision not to trade.
  • Every trading day · Log each trade in your Prop Trading Dashboard: setup, risk, reasoning before, screenshot.
  • End of the week · Review your journal: results by setup and session, discipline score, one thing to change next week.
  • All week · The Collective: post a chart for review, ask a rules question, compare notes with traders of other styles.

Education portal

The re-education library.

8 programmes. From your first chart to the prop firm game. Psychology included, not optional.

The Education Portal is where the structured learning lives: 8 programmes and 55 courses that take you from order types to staying funded and scaling an account. Technique, fundamentals, your own psychology, the psychology of the market and the business of prop trading, in one library and one order.

Every lesson has a video with chapters, a written summary, a quiz and a cheat sheet, so you learn at your own pace and can check that it stuck. Foundations is open from the Comrade tier. The entire library comes with Party Member and The Commissariat.

The Five-Year Plan · Curriculum

Eight programmes. Fifty-five courses.

The programmes build on each other, but you do not have to take them in a straight line. Psychology sits in the middle of the plan on purpose: most traders who fail an evaluation knew the setup and broke the rules anyway. The member zone opens in stages, so each programme shows the tier that unlocks it and its current status.

Directive № 3 · Anatomy of a lesson

Watch it. Read it. Prove it.

Every lesson in the library follows the same structure, so you always know where the video ends and the work begins.

  1. 01

    1

    Video with chapters

Each lesson opens with a video split into chapters and tagged with its level and topic, so you can return to the exact part you need instead of rewatching the whole thing.

  2. 02

    2

    Written summary

The key points in writing with timestamps to the video, and the full lesson list beside it so you always know where you are in the course.

  3. 03

    3

    Quiz

A short quiz at the end. Score 80 % or more and the lesson counts as completed.

    80 % or more = +10 Labour Points
  4. 04

    4

    Cheat sheet

A PDF with the rules, numbers and checklists from the lesson, marked with the date of its last update.

  5. 05

    5

    Q&A recording

A recorded Q&A on the lesson topic: the questions members actually ask once they try it.

  6. 06

    6

    Complete, next

Mark the lesson complete and move on. Progress is tracked per course and per programme, and finished courses earn certificates.

The Labour Points Plan

A path to follow. Points for proof.

Learning Paths put the courses in a recommended order for where you are: a beginner, a trader preparing for a first evaluation and a funded trader who wants to scale do not need the same next lesson. Quick Recaps are short summaries of a course for when you need to refresh it before a session, not relearn it.

Labour Points reward verified learning and real progress, not logging in:

  • Lesson with a quiz score of 80 % or more: 10 LP
  • Completed course: 100 LP · completed programme: +300 LP
  • Attending a live session: 15 LP · journal review: 20 LP
  • Verified prop evaluation: 500 LP · first payout: 1,000 LP

Points are exchanged in the rewards shop, for example 300 LP for −10 % on a payment, 1,500 LP for a 30-minute 1-on-1 with the founder or 3,000 LP for a free prop evaluation. Your rank, from Recruit to Hero of Labour, is synced to your role in The Collective.

Points for verified learning. Not for logging in.

One full lesson, free: Why your demo results lie to you.

No card, no email. The complete lesson from programme 05, Iron Discipline, exactly as members see it: the video, the written summary, the quiz and the cheat sheet. It explains why a profitable demo account proves less than it seems: the clicks are the same, the decisions under real risk are not. Alongside it, one Quick Recap, so you can see how members refresh a whole course in a few minutes.

  • Video · about 4 minutes · from programme 05, Iron Discipline
  • Quiz question 1 · On a demo account you follow your rules every time. What tends to change first when real money is at risk?
  • Quiz question 2 · Why can the same losing streak feel very different on a funded account than on a demo account?
  • Quiz question 3 · Why do many traders start with a smaller position size when they move from demo to real risk?
  • Quick Recap · one course summarised on a single screen

The Collective

A collective of different traders. One standard.

Scalpers, swing traders, beginners and veterans: different styles, same discipline.

The Collective is the Comrade Trading Discord. Members post charts for review, ask how a prop firm rule really works, talk through a bad week and learn from traders who do it differently. It is open from the Comrade tier, and it is where the founder gets to know the people who later apply for a seat in Party Member or The Commissariat.

Trading is a solitary job. Doing it alone is optional.

Different traders around one round table with a tower of chat bubbles
Directive № 4 · Different, not wrong

Opposite styles. The same month.

Take two traders. One makes five trades a month. The other makes several five-minute trades every day. At the end of the month they can have the same profit and the same win rate. Neither style is the correct one; each is a different way of applying the same discipline.

Put them in one room and they learn faster than either would alone: the swing trader picks up precision of execution, the scalper picks up patience and the bigger picture. That is why the founder selects Party Member and Commissariat members for a mix of styles and experience, not for one profile.

Swing

The patient one

Five trades a month. Hours of analysis per trade, wider stops, positions held for days. The hardest part of the job is waiting for the setup and then leaving the trade alone.

Scalp

The fast one

Several five-minute trades a day around the session opens. Tight stops, fast decisions and a hard limit on how much can be lost in a day. The hardest part of the job is knowing when to stop.

The Red Tape · Channel map

Channels by tier.

Everyone shares the same core channels. Higher tiers add their own rooms on top, so a Comrade and a Commissariat member still meet in the same chart reviews.

TierWhat you get in The Collective
Comrade · 10 €The shared channels: chart reviews, questions about prop firm rules and general discussion with every member of the community.
Party Member · 59 €Everything in Comrade, plus the Party Member channels for members of the 60-seat tier.
The Commissariat · 189 €Everything in Party Member, plus the Commissariat channels for members of the 30-seat tier.

Your Discord role follows your membership tier and your Labour Points rank, from Recruit to Hero of Labour. Roles are assigned automatically when you join.

The House Rules

Four rules. No exceptions.

A community is only as good as what it tolerates. These four rules are what keep The Collective useful.

01

No signals

Nobody posts entries for others to copy, not members and not the founder. Share your analysis and your reasoning. The decision stays with each trader.

02

No hype

No profit screenshots without context, no promises, no talk of trades that cannot lose. Results are discussed together with the risk that produced them.

03

Respect

Beginners ask basic questions. Veterans get things wrong. Criticise the trade, never the trader.

04

Transparency

Share the losses as well as the wins. The founder's journal does the same: every trade, losses included.

Taste of membership · Free · no e-mail needed

What the conversations look like.

Anonymised samples of the most common kinds of threads in The Collective. Names and account details are removed; the structure is what matters. Most threads end with a better question, not a trade to copy.

  • Chart review · A member posts a chart with the planned entry, stop and target and one sentence on why. Replies check three things: is the setup valid, does the risk fit the firm's limits, and what would invalidate the idea.
  • Psychology · A member is near the daily loss limit after a run of losses and feels the urge to win it back. Replies come from traders who have been there: stop for the day, review the journal, trade smaller tomorrow.
  • Prop firm rules · A question about how a rule really works, such as whether the daily limit is based on balance or equity, or how a trailing drawdown moves. Answers point to the firm's current terms, not to memory.

Live sessions

Two live sessions a week. Every week.

Sunday: theory and the week ahead. Tuesday: live trading at the New York open.

Courses teach the theory. Live sessions show it under real conditions and answer the questions that only come up once you try. They are the main reason to become a Party Member: two fixed appointments a week with the founder, both with Q&A, both recorded.

A fixed schedule is also a discipline in itself. Traders who prepare on Sunday and review on Tuesday trade their plan more often than traders who improvise every morning.

The Party Calendar · Schedule

Sunday and Tuesday. Fixed times.

Both sessions are scheduled in Central European Time. The next session always appears in the member zone with a countdown and a link.

Sunday · 20:00 CET

Weekly Trading Lesson + Q&A

Theory and the week ahead. One topic taught properly, then the bias for the coming week from the charts and the economic calendar, then open questions. You start Monday with a plan instead of a guess.

Tuesday · New York open

Weekly Live Trading Session + Q&A

Live trading with commentary around the New York open, 9:30 a.m. New York time, which is 15:30 in Central Europe for most of the year. You see the preparation, the decision to trade or not to trade, and the management of the position in real time. Q&A follows.

Directive № 5 · Procedure

How a session runs.

The format is simple and repeats every week, so the attention goes to the market, not to the logistics.

  1. 01

    Before

    Check the schedule

The session is listed in the member zone with a countdown and the link to join. Bring your questions and, for Tuesday, the levels you marked yourself, so you can compare your read with the founder's.

    Member zone · Live
  2. 02

    Sunday

    Lesson, then the week

A lesson on one topic from the curriculum, then a walk through the week ahead: key levels, scheduled news and the bias. The lesson explains the why; the week shows the where.

  3. 03

    Tuesday

    Plan, trade, explain

The plan is laid out before the open, then executed live, or deliberately not executed. A session without a trade is a lesson too: most of professional trading is waiting for the setup that fits the plan and the firm's rules.

  4. 04

    Q&A

    Ask anything relevant

Both sessions include Q&A: the lesson, the markets, prop firm rules or your own process. Attending live earns 15 Labour Points.

    +15 LP for attending live
  5. 05

    Within 24 h

    Recording in the portal

The recording is in the portal within 24 hours, with timestamps, filed by category: Weekly Lesson, Live Trading, Q&A, Trade Recaps and Prop News. Miss a session and you lose the live questions, not the content.

Founder's trades

Not signals. A professional's thought process, live.

See how a professional plans, manages and closes a trade, and what he does after a win or a loss.

Founder’s Trades is the core of The Commissariat, our highest tier. Alan, the founder, shares his own trades on his funded accounts as he takes them and walks through them with members: why this setup, why this size, why the stop moved or stayed, why he closed early or held on. You are not told what to buy. You are shown how a professional decides.

A commissar plans a trade on a board next to a red telephone; a crossed-out copy machine
Directive № 6 · Read the label

A signal tells you what. We show you why.

A signal gives you a price to buy or sell. It makes you dependent on whoever sends it and teaches you nothing you can use when the messages stop. On a prop account it can be worse: a trade sized for someone else’s account can breach your own firm’s limits. Founder’s Trades is built the other way round. The goal is that you trade your own plan, without us.

Signal group

  • Copy the entry, stop and target
  • You learn the sender's timing, not the reasoning
  • Trades sized for someone else's account and rules
  • Losing trades are easy to leave out
  • When the messages stop, so does your trading

Founder's Trades

  • Understand the plan behind every trade
  • Reasoning written before entry, review after exit
  • Risk explained in terms of prop firm rules
  • Every trade logged in the journal, losses included
  • You build a process you can run on your own
The Five Moments

What you actually see.

Entries are the least interesting part of a trade. The difference between a gambler and a professional shows up in five moments around them.

01

The plan before the trade

Setup, level, invalidation and risk, and the reason the trade fits the day's plan, written down before the entry. No plan, no trade.

02

Managing the trade

What happens while the position is open: when the stop moves and when it stays, partial exits, and when the right decision is to do nothing.

03

Never from a phone

Why the founder does not open trades from a mobile phone. A small screen hides context, a phone is always within reach, and the routine of checking the plan first gets skipped.

04

After a win

What he does after a profitable trade or day. A win carries its own risk: overconfidence and larger positions tend to follow a good streak.

05

After a loss

The review, the pause and the rule that the next trade is never a way to win the last one back.

The Commissariat · What's included

Three things only The Commissariat gets.

Comrade and Party Member see the founder’s full trade journal with a 7-day delay. The Commissariat sees it live, with the plan behind it. Amounts are shown in Party Rubles (₽), which track the US dollar roughly 1:1. Past results do not guarantee future results.

Every trading day

Daily Trading Plan

Key levels, scenarios and bias for the day. A framework for your own decisions, not a list of entries.

Live

Live trade journal

The founder's trades as they are logged, with a notification for every new trade, followed by video walkthroughs. A notification tells you a trade exists so you can follow the reasoning. It is not an instruction to copy it.

Monthly
